We provide a most valuable service of "compounding" medications to suit individual patient needs.
In our compounding laboratory, we have 'state of the art' technology to compound tailor-made medication. We purchase only the highest quality ingredients from reputable manufacturers. Ingredients all are BP or USP grade, a world standard for quality pharmaceutical ingredients.
We specialise in bio-identical HRT, pain management, discontinued medication, dermatological preparations, nutritional compounding, dental preparations and paediatric preparations.
We are able to alter medication dosage formulations, alter strengths and make medication more palatable.
We can prepare medication free from dyes, preservatives, lactose, gluten and other allergenic fillers, thus achieving a more positive therapeutic outcome.
Our goal & purpose is to tailor medication specifically to the needs of patients, using the highest quality materials, chemicals, equipment & devices.
We are open six days a week:
Monday to Thursday - 9 am to 9 pm
Friday & Saturday - 9 am to 7 pm
We maintain an extensive mail-order service that is available in Australia and overseas.

Our pharmacy is bound by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 of the Commonwealth of Australia.
This policy statement affirms our commitment to comply with those principles.
You have a number of rights under this legislation, including the right to access the personal information that we may hold about you.
Much of the information we hold must be collected because the law requires it. For example, details of your prescriptions are required to be collected under the National Health Act and State or Territory Pharmacy legislation.
You need to be aware that if you do not provide us with certain information about yourself, in some circumstances, we may be unable to provide the service that you require.
If you have any questions about your privacy rights - or the way in which we collect, use, manage or disclose personal information -our staff would be happy to answer your questions or to provide you with further information.
Confidentiality Policy
All pharmacy staff are required to maintain the confidentiality of information acquired about patients, families and others. The intent of this Confidentiality Policy is to ensure confidentiality and privacy, that is, a customer's right to have identifiable personal and health information kept private. Dee Why Health Care Pharmacy is committed to protecting an individual's confidentiality and is subject to the Privacy Act(1988). We uphold the rights in the Community Pharmacy Service Charter, and the charter is displayed publically in the pharmacy.
All staff are aware of the requirements of State and Territory privacy and/or health records legislation. The storage and distribution of all confidential information will be conducted in a manner that ensures the utmost privacy of any unauthorised persons. Only approved personnel will have access to and be responsible for the maintenance and updating of confidential information. Customers may have access to their own records as described in the Privacy Act. Exceptions to the policy are only in situations where legislation requires disclosure of information, and the pharmacist in charge will determine relevant information.
